Remove the unused app port from config: n8n-sandbox exposes no host port and is reached only as sandbox-api:8080 on the shared Docker network. This prevents Runtipi from asking for a misleading port. Bumps tipi_version to 5 and updates documentation.

Validation on e2b6a35b26a76b14d08e4c67f1b37cabec7f139f: focused RED/GREEN regressions, full suite 33/33, TypeScript and diff checks passed.
