Document the actual n8n user Docker Compose override, clarify that the internal sandbox API port remains 8080, and add optional SearXNG JSON configuration. Bumps tipi_version to 3 so the documentation update is published.

Validation on bb8fdc64bacaf38ee05a1ad3a51bf356c1a2a9c3: focused TDD regression passed, full suite 33/33 passed, TypeScript and diff checks passed.
